Ugh. Just wrote a comment, and your blog ate it. ... You can re-do the floors yourself. Even if they look alright, a good sanding and revarnish will make them look fabulous. Dan just did our dining room and it looks beautiful. All you need to do is rent the sander from Home Depot fort the day (like 50 bucks) and get the stain and sealer. Call me for more info if you want. I'm not re-writing it all again :)

Sorry about that, Marge. I've changed the commenting system to the one I use on my blog. Have gotten a bunch of 'site ate my comments' complaints over the last few months. Hopefully this helps.
